MVP development in Poland

We take your idea from the first workshop to a live product in weeks, not months. One senior React, Next.js and Node.js team in Kraków, Poland, designs, builds and launches it. Mixmatch went from first workshop to a live booking platform in 7 weeks, and Eatzon's web platform reached the App Store in under 4 weeks.

Our MVP development services

A minimum viable product (MVP) is the smallest version of your product that real users can use, built to test whether the idea works before you commit the full budget. We help founders and product teams decide what that version is, then design, build and launch it with the same team, so nothing gets lost between whoever scoped it and whoever builds it.

We build MVPs with React, Next.js, Node.js and React Native. That is the stack we use for long-running products too, so the code you launch with can keep growing. If the MVP works, the same people can stay on for the next phases, which is how most of our partnerships started.

Discovery and scoping workshops

Before anyone writes code, we agree what the MVP has to prove and what can wait. Short workshops turn your idea into a prioritised feature list, user flows and a realistic timeline. With 8billionideas we agreed the MVP scope up front and ran two-week Scrum sprints to meet a fixed UK school-year deadline, and the platform launched on time.

Product design and clickable prototypes

Our product designers turn the scope into wireframes and a clickable prototype you can show to users and investors. Testing the flow before development is the cheapest way to find out you were about to build the wrong thing.

Web, mobile or both

Web MVPs are built with Next.js and Node.js, and mobile MVPs with React Native, which gives you iOS and Android from one codebase. If you already have a web product, we can get it onto phones quickly: Eatzon's platform went from web to the App Store in under 4 weeks.

AI features where they help users

If the idea depends on AI, we design for it from the first sprint. Mixmatch's MVP includes an AI drinks planner that turns an event description into a shopping list for the booked experience. See our AI development services.

Launch, measure and iterate

We handle deployment, app store releases, analytics and monitoring, so you learn from real users from day one. After launch we plan the next iteration with you. Eatzon and Mixmatch both kept building with us in later phases.

Every MVP starts with a conversation about what success looks like. Who are the first users, which problem must the product solve for them, and what would convince you or your investors that the idea works? We answer those questions in focused workshops with founders and stakeholders before anything is designed.

You come out with an agreed picture of the users, the core flows and the one outcome the MVP has to deliver.

Live in weeks

Code you keep after launch

Every week before launch is a week without feedback from real users. Our team only takes senior engineers and works on a stack it knows well, so there is no learning curve at the start of your project. Mixmatch went from first workshop to a live product in 7 weeks, and Real Construct's website template went live 6 weeks after the first workshop.

A lot of MVPs get rebuilt from scratch once the product takes off. We use production architecture from the start (React, Next.js and Node.js or NestJS, typed end to end), so when the MVP proves the idea you keep building on the same codebase, with the same team if you want us to stay.

FAQ

It depends on scope. Eatzon's move from web to mobile took under 4 weeks, Mixmatch's booking platform took 7 weeks, and 8billionideas' e-learning platform with six user types took 6 months. After a short scoping workshop we can give you a realistic timeline for your own product and tell you what would make it longer.
