MVP OR Product Enhancement?
When creating a digital product, our team usually uses two types of development: MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and Product Enhancement. The first is used to develop custom software from the very beginning. The second one can be a great choice for existing products that need further development or improvement. However, it is worth mentioning that we also take the MVP approach in existing mobile or web applications when it is necessary to introduce a new big feature or a whole microservice. In such cases, we perceive the new functionality as a separate sub-product, and its development can also be divided into several stages, one of which will be MVP.
