The project
Real Construct is a Polish construction and real estate development company managing multiple residential properties. Rather than build a separate website for each investment, they wanted one template - one build, maintained in a CMS, reused across their entire portfolio. We delivered the website template, logos for two investments, and a printed brochure. First workshop to live site: 6 weeks.

The challenge
The template had to work universally — every investment has different photography, copy, and details, but the same structure. All updates needed to be manageable by the client in the CMS without touching code. At the same time, two investment logos and a printed brochure were in scope simultaneously.
The solution
We built a headless WordPress backend with a React frontend. The client swaps photos, texts, and icons per property without any development involvement. The template is currently active across five investments, with two more in progress.
