Requirements analysis
We do value our clientsâ visions and opinions. Moreover, we want to build a functional web application that will be a dream come true. Thatâs why together with each customer, weâre identifying all the important ideas on the future web app, such as how it should look like, its functionality, possible examples, etc. We visualize how a web application will work and what problems it will solve.
At this stage, the need of an MVP is also specified.
Roadmapping
The next stage is creating a detailed action plan and dividing work between all team members. Here the backlog of user stories is defined and based on the outlined priorities the appâs roadmap is born. Such preparation is the key to a seamless web development process with quick positive results. Of course, our web app developers are ready to meet any challenges and make adjustments at any time. Flexibility, just like transparency and effective communication, lay the foundations for any successful project.
Design & development
Here comes the most interesting but also dynamic part of web app development. First, we take care of the technical side â our web developers start building up an application using development tools tailored to each project. Meanwhile, web designers are working on visual segments and functionality. Itâs impossible to imagine this stage without daily changes, discussions, rejections, and approvals.
Testing & QA
The work of the Quality Assurance and Testing teams is to make the final version of the web application error-free and user-friendly. They run numerous tests and check all the features to spot even the smallest issues and fix them. During the testing stage, we make sure that the product meets all set requirements and will work with no errors.
Maintenance & support
This post-development stage is no less important than all the previous ones. After launching a web app or web server, we run monitoring tools to see how the product is performing. The goal here is to catch any errors as soon as possible. Additionally, weâre also gathering information on necessary improvements and features that still need to be implemented.
